As I stand today, deeply embedded in the world of transformational experiential learning, my path has been guided by a few key milestones:

  • Fellow member of The Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL): A recognition that honors my commitment to innovative learning methods and my dedication to professional excellence in training.
  • Associate Member of The Institute of Leadership (IoL): This affiliation reflects my belief in leadership not just as a skill but as an art form, cultivated through continuous learning and real-world application.

In the heart of my practice, you’ll find:

  • A Master Coach for Training of Trainers for Malaysia’s National Service Program, where I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 4,000 trainers. This role has allowed me to shape the fabric of our future leaders on a national scale.
  • Mental Game Instructor certification from the International Mental Game Coaching Association, enabling me to merge psychological insights with practical leadership strategies.
  • Clinical Hypnotherapist credentials from the Hypnotherapy Training Institute, USA, which have deepened my understanding of the human mind, enriching the transformative experiences I create.
  • Certified Attitude Profiling Advisor from TopDec, Sweden, a role that complements my toolkit, offering nuanced insights into personality dynamics and fostering individual and team growth.

Highlights of my career journey include:

  • The design and delivery of two accredited leadership programs: The Transformational Leadership Primer and The Renaissance Leadership, each embodying my holistic approach to fostering leadership qualities in diverse environments.
  • Creation of the award-winning “Let’s Talk” program, celebrated as The Best CSR Program in Indonesia, showcasing my ability to make a tangible impact through communication and empowerment.
  • I led the training and management of 1,000 volunteers for Malaysia’s National Athletes’ Official Cheer Leading Team during the SEA Games KL2017, a testament to my ability to inspire and mobilize large groups toward a unified goal.

Beyond my roles in training and development, I have channeled my insights and experiences into the written word, authoring two books that reflect my diverse expertise and passion for growth:

  • “The Game Design Method”: A guide that encapsulates my approach to creating engaging, impactful learning experiences, blending theory with practical application to inspire innovation in training and development.
  • “Lenny Lion and The Big Decision”: Venturing into the realm of children’s literature, this book serves as a leadership primer for the younger generation, introducing them to the principles of decision-making and personal leadership through engaging storytelling.

These publications are not just extensions of my work; they are invitations to explore the dimensions of leadership and personal development, catering to audiences across the spectrum of age and experience.

We don’t know where we'll be in a week or in a month.
We do what we want for as long as we want, always trying out new experiences.
